*Summary of the situation

- 10th February: Obtained Official Russian Letter regarding the postal tranfer 

- 11th February :Trasnfer of the International postal service of Russia  has begun

- Flights to Moscow were cancelled without any notice while we were working on the delivery of orders from February 3rd to February 8th.

 - Subsequently, flights to Russia were suspended indefinitely due to the international conditions.

* Details of subsequent actions

Some of the orders from February 3rd to February 8th have been shipped, except for those orders, the undelivered orders are on standby at Incheon International Airport.

We were planning to return/cancel the undelivered orders from February 3rd to February 11th, but due to the recent international situation, card purchasers such as Visa, Master and UnionPay etc. has stopped all communication with the Russian bank. Therefore, cancellation is not possible at the moment.

Once all situation stabilizes and changes, we will inform you again.

Сообщаем вам о нынещней ситуации с доставкой в Россию.

*Обобщение ситуации

- 10 февраля: Получено официальное российское письмо о почтовом переводе.

- 11 февраля : Начата передача Международной почтовой службы России.

- Рейсы в Москву были отменены без предупреждения, пока мы работали над доставкой заказов с 3 по 8 февраля.

 - После этого полеты в Россию были приостановлены на неопределенный срок из-за международных условий.

* Подробности последующих действий

Некоторые заказы с 3 по 8 февраля были отправлены, за исключением этих заказов, недоставленные заказы находятся в режиме ожидания в международном аэропорту Инчхон.

Мы планировали вернуть/отменить недоставленные заказы с 3 по 11 февраля, но из-за недавней международной ситуации пользователи карт, такие как Visa, Master и UnionPay и т. д. прекратили работу с российским банком. Поэтому отмена заказа на данный момент невозможна.

Как только ситуация стабилизируется и изменится, мы сообщим вам еще раз.
